Privacy & responsible use

Privacy matters in every security workflow.

How Kryos Access Systems approaches website inquiries, assessment requests, and responsible biometric deployment.

Public website forms

When you submit an assessment request, Kryos may receive your name, email address, facility type, project interest, and message. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and evaluate next steps.

Do not submit passwords, badge data, access codes, private floor plans, alarm procedures, emergency procedures, or other sensitive security details through the public website form.

Biometric & facial-recognition projects

Facial recognition and biometric systems require careful review. Kryos recommends consent-based enrollment where required, clear user communication, fallback access options, role-based administrator controls, audit logging, and retention/deletion settings aligned with operational need.

Legal and compliance requirements vary by jurisdiction and industry. Customers should review biometric, employment, tenant, and data-protection obligations with qualified counsel.

Concept renders. Images of Kryos-branded hardware — the EdgeBox field appliance, wall readers, credential fobs, dashboards, and facility signage — are digitally generated concept renders created for brand illustration. They are not photographs of shipping products or installed sites. Kryos EdgeBox is in active development; product appearance, specifications, and availability are subject to change. Where a Kryos application is marked “Live,” that refers to the software, not to depicted hardware.
